Privacy Policy:
Version 07.2026
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy. This policy applies to visitors and customers worldwide, including those located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, and is intended to comply with applicable data protection laws including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and relevant U.S. state privacy laws.
Who We Are
IntuFX is a brand name and website owned and operated by ProCoach LLC (“IntuFX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). For any privacy-related inquiries or to exercise your data rights, you can reach us at email@intufx.com or via our contact page at http://www.intufx.com/contact. When accessing the http://www.intufx.com website, IntuFX will learn certain information about you during your visit.
What Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information: (1) information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when subscribing to our newsletter, registering for a webinar, or purchasing a course; (2) payment information processed through our third-party payment processors (we do not store full credit card details ourselves); (3) technical information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and device information; and (4) communications you send us, such as emails or support requests.
Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Visitors)
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your personal information based on: your consent (e.g., newsletter sign-up), the performance of a contract (e.g., delivering a course you purchased), and our legitimate interests (e.g.,improving our website and preventing fraud), or compliance with a legal obligation. Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” (see explanation below) and server logs to collect information about how our site is used. Information gathered through server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, and time spent at our site.
Use of Cookies
A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. Our Site currently uses only ONE cookie: a strictly necessary, session-based cookie set by our website platform that supports proper display of emoji characters. This cookie does not track you or collect personal information, and does not require your consent under applicable law, including the GDPR and UK PECR. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. For details, please see our separate Cookie Policy. If this changes in the future, we will update both this Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, and implement a consent mechanism where required by law.
IP Addresses
IP addresses are used by your computer every time you are connected to the Internet. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers on the network to identify your computer. IP addresses are automatically collected by our web server as part of demographic and profile data known as “traffic data” so that data (such as the Web pages you request) can be sent to you.
Email Information
If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail, and telephone. This also applies when you register for our website, sign up through any of our forms using your email address, or make a purchase on this site.
For further information see the email policies below.
Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third-party providers to help operate our business, including Mailchimp (email marketing), Zoom (webinars), and payment processors for course purchases. These providers only receive the personal information necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect it. We also operate a self-hosted student communication platform (Mattermost) on a cloud server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, based in Germany, meaning student messages and related data are stored on infrastructure we control, within the European Union. Some of these providers may be located outside your country of residence, including in the United States; where we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How Do We Use the Information That You Provide to Us?
Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of administering our business activities, providing customer service, and making available other items and services to our customers and prospective customers. IntuFX will not obtain personally-identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us, nor will such information be sold, or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection, except as described in this policy or required by law. We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so; in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; object to or restrict certain processing; request a portable copy of your data; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. EEA and UK residents can exercise these rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR. California residents have similar rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell your personal information. Canadian residents have similar rights under PIPEDA. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at http://www.intufx.com/contact. If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not adequately addressed your concern, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Email Policies
We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third-party individual, government agency, or company at any time unless strictly compelled to do so by law. We will use your e-mail address solely to provide timely information about IntuFX, including newsletters, course and webinar updates, and promotional offers, in accordance with your communication preferences. We will maintain the information you send via e-mail in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
CAN-SPAM and CASL Compliance
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act (United States) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), all e-mail sent from our organization will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender, including a valid mailing address. In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communications from us.
Unsubscribe requests will be honored within 10 business days, as required by CASL.

Credit Card information and other sensitive information is never transmitted via email, and payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors; IntuFX does not directly store your full payment card details.
