These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.intufx.com (the “Site”), operated by ProCoach LLC, doing business as IntuFX (“IntuFX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Separate terms apply to specific paid products: workshop purchases are governed by our Workshop Student Agreement, and 1:1 and group mentoring services are governed by our Mentoring Agreement, in each case presented and agreed to at the time of registration or purchase. Where these Terms and the Workshop Student Agreement or Mentoring Agreement conflict regarding the applicable purchase, the Workshop Student Agreement or Mentoring Agreement, as applicable, controls.
Who We Are
IntuFX provides educational content related to futures trading systems, trader psychology, and trading education, including articles, newsletters, videos, webinars, paid workshops, and 1:1 and group mentoring services. IntuFX is operated by ProCoach LLC.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase our products. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Educational Purpose Only — Not Advice
All content on this Site — including free content, blog posts, videos, newsletters, and webinars — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no content should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, or financial instrument. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. See our Risk Disclosure for full detail, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Account Registration
If you create an account on the Site (e.g., to access a newsletter, free resource, or purchase), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at email@intufx.com of any unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, videos, course previews, and the IntuFX name and branding — is the property of ProCoach LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and use content on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except as permitted under a separate agreement (such as the Workshop Student Agreement) for materials you’ve purchased.
Affiliate and Compensated Links
From time to time, this Site may contain affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. Where applicable, and in accordance with FTC guidelines, we disclose that IntuFX may receive compensation for products or services recommended on this Site. This does not affect the price you pay, and any product or service we recommend reflects our own genuine assessment of its value, regardless of whether a commission is earned.
User Conduct
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other user accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation; scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission; or impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment processors, Zoom, or email platforms) that are not owned or controlled by IntuFX. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProCoach LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to IntuFX or other users.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Australia, nothing in this section is intended to deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. This policy was last updated on 24th July 2026.
